Get started with Leona

Too far still books. You cannot filter who. That is the default calendar. This page adds the staff object, km router, category as a page, filters, closest rotation. Ten minutes after install.

1. Open the admin. Left menu → Leona. https://app.claudiafix.ai/leona
2. Onboarding. In-home, or does the client come to you? Then: more than one site? In-home uses km on the staff object. Several sites: one postal code, closest first, a map.
3. Calendars. Leona reads your service calendars. Add at least one service and one staff member who can take it.
4. Step order. Decide what comes first. Voice uses this order.
5. People as a category. Number of people filters which service categories they see, and can add a custom per-person option. Name extra category steps if you want them — example: “For 1”, then “Couples”.
6. Staff filters you label. Pick the staff-object field and the words clients see (“Woman or man”, “Direct billing”). Add rows. Km is a filter you name too.
7. Remember clients. HighLevel has no client login. Turn on SMS and/or email code. After the code, the form is complete from the contact. They do not type name, phone, address again.
8. Languages. HighLevel does not translate options for the client. Toggle on the widget (as many languages as you need) or toggle off and put English on /en, French on /fr. Same URL query on every widget: ?lang=fr&toggle=0 or ?langs=en,fr,es&toggle=1.
9. Website. Website builder → Custom Widgets → Leona / Booking page. Optional: region, staff card, team grid.
10. Voice. Same steps as the page. Test from a number you own. Do not call a live production line to “try it.”
11. Pay. Pay-now, deposit, pay at place, card-on-file stay on the calendar. We are not a payment provider. Tandem if two people book together.
