Onboarding. Read appointment history → last staff, last visit, recommended staff.
Flows. Due / cancelled / no-show. Abandoned needs Leona.
Send. Off until you flip it for this location. Never a workflow that texts every completed call.
Website. Rebook banner widget. Abandoned CTA if Leona is installed.
