Mia — they come back to the person they booked
Campaigns have no face. They wanted their person. Mia writes from last staff — photo, service, link. Vacation gets a cover until they are back. Gone never gets proposed. Send stays off until you unmask it.
What each person sees
- Clients — a personal email or SMS, and optional rebook / abandoned widgets on your site.
- Staff — their photo and about in the message (from Coco if installed). They do not press send.
- Admin — Custom Page: flows, segments, coupon per flow (named or random, $ or %, expiry in the message, optional task to a user), unmask send.
Who Mia proposes (segments)
- Staff still on the team — propose last staff. The email is in their voice, with their photo and their booking link.
- Staff on vacation — propose covering staff (or the person this client booked most, other than them) until they are back. When they are back, always go back to last staff. Never keep the cover forever.
- Staff that’s gone (left the team) — never propose them. Propose the person this client booked most, or a named replacement if they only ever booked the one who left.
- Visit count — 1 / 2 / 3 / 4+ visits. Skip a segment and Mia will not send that variation.
Onboarding reads appointment history so “booked most” is real, not a guess.
After install
- Open Mia in the left menu.
- Run onboarding so visit count, last staff, and recommended staff fill from your appointment history.
- Pick flows: due, cancelled, no-show. Abandoned needs Leona. Staff-cancel templates need Coco.
- Leave production send off until the copy is yours. Upcoming appointment → no send.
- Website widgets: Rebook banner. Abandoned CTA (locked without Leona).
