Claudia Fix AI Solutions Inc. ("we", Quebec, Canada) protects your privacy when you use Leona, Coco, Mia, this website, and — where you use it — Comptago.

1. Information we collect

• Account information you provide (name, email)
• Business profile information you choose to share
• If you connect a CRM: the appointment, contact, and staff data you authorize
• If you use Comptago and connect a bank: financial data via Plaid Inc. We never receive banking credentials
• Usage and device data

2. How we use it

To run Leona / Coco / Mia for your location (booking, staff portal, rebooking), to answer support, to keep the service secure, and to meet Quebec / Canadian law. We do not sell your contact list.

3. Where it lives

Servers in Canada / the providers named in your install (your CRM, email, SMS). You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or export.
