Coco

The staff portal HighLevel never gave you.

I lived this every week. Staff cannot touch hours or services in Lead Connector. There is no staff profile. Google reviews punish the business, not the person. Payday is a pile of handmade invoices. Coco is the portal that ends that.

What clients see

Team member pages and reviews on the person. Not the staff portal. Not the owner invoices.

Team grid — one card per person. Updates when staff save their portal.

Staff full page — about, hours, named Google reviews, book CTA.

Named reviews

Reviews tagged to this name, with a 5-star. Not the whole-business dump.

What staff see

They get a link to their portal — not the owner admin. They edit hours, services they are assigned, photo, about, and they see invoices sent to them. Save writes the team page, their individual page, and Leona if the owner turned that on.

Mélodie
Hours, services, photo, about. Save writes the team page and her full page — and Leona if the owner turned that on.

Hours are the service-user week. Services on/off are the calendars they are assigned. They do not edit the owner’s pay rule. New staff arrive with a portal link, not a blank website page.

Google reviews on the business that mention them show here. A great review helps clients pick them. A bad one sits on their page too — including the booking card if Leona is on.

What admin sees

The Custom Page — app.claudiafix.ai/coco. HighLevel’s holes, then the toggles. Clients never see this. Staff never see invoices of the others.

HighLevel

Staff cannot edit hours or services in Lead Connector. No staff profile. Reviews hit the business. Invoices from the company.

Coco

Portal link. Widgets write through. Named 5-star. Invoices staff → business (hour or %, extras, extra km). Language toggle on every widget.

This location

Google reviews are on the business. Show them on the person.

  • Tag each review to the staff name it mentions.
  • Those named reviews sit on the staff profile / team widgets.
  • If Leona is installed, the same named reviews sit on the booking card.
  • Staff take responsibility for the reviews on their name — a bad review on the business also damages them.

This week

After staff pay

Revenue collected − taxes − staff snapshots = margin. Operational — not books. Comptago stays separate.

Send = text + email of that staff’s invoice PDF. Paid = you already settled. Cancel blocks are a health rating — the dashboard does not fire anyone.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Can staff update their own hours and services?

Yes. HighLevel does not let staff edit their own hours or services; Coco gives each staff member a portal link where they edit their weekly hours and the services they offer in their service calendars. The owner approves what is public.

How do invoices from staff to the business work?

Coco calculates each staff member’s invoice from the completed bookings using your rule — per hour of service or a percentage of the service price — plus add-ons without service time, rebooking bonus, Google-review bonus and extra kilometres beyond your radius. You mark paid or send the PDF by SMS and email.

What happens to Google reviews?

Google shows reviews on the business. Coco tags each review to the staff member it mentions and gives every person a five-star rating on their own name, shown on their profile, the team page and, if Leona is installed, on the booking page.

Does the website update when a staff member changes their profile?

Yes. One save writes through to the staff-card widget, the full staff page and the team grid on your HighLevel website, and to Leona’s booking cards if you turn that toggle on.
